Automated email for successful autopay transactions

We have had several requests from parents to send them an email after autopay runs that shows them when it ran and how much their card was charged. Currently the only way I have to do this is to manually send emails to each of them and insert the amount that was charged to their card.

I would like to suggest that you add an option for automatic notification of successful transactions similar to the one you send for failed transactions. See proposed changes below.
