Being able to add two students for a private lesson.

This helpful for when a duet wants to book a private, but only one student can get the emails/updates for this. Otherwise two parents have to split cost or double emails go out to notify the parents a booking was made.

Bill for recurring appointments upon booking

We have a few recurring private lessons, but DSP does not bill clients when we book the recurring appointment. It bills them on the date of their appointment. I would like to bill for privates with monthly tuition, not individually.
