It would be useful to have a calendar to see all the studios at one time with a separate color for each studio so you can easily see which studios are avalable for privates at what time by glancing at it. We do that in google sheets right now and it's really useful.

I agree that having the calendar view by studio room would make such a huge difference. I have used it in the past with other software. It makes it especially easy during high traffic times. As a front desk person, it is tedious to have to run two separate calendars between classes and appointments. You end up double booking space and then apologizing to your clients.
Agree i like that the colors are used for teachers, however the rooms should be divided by columns
