We would love for the calendar that shows up in the parent portal to be able to show all classes, privates, appointments, events, etc. for the studio. That way when parents attempt to book private lessons they see when the studio/rooms may or may ...

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve? By having the option of being able to add a note, this will allow staff to anticipate specific needs or requests. How should this work? Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)...

Some students can't afford every week, so to be able to set up bi-weekly would be fantastic.

The private lesson schedule and the class schedule should be able to communicate with one another so that the rooms do not get double-booked.

It would be beneficial to be able to "suggest" private lesson sign up times to people, the way that we can "suggest" classes.

It would be so incredibly helpful and save me so much time if the teachers had access in their portal to set their own availability for private lessons.
