Parent Portal: Calendar to show all classes and appointments

We would love for the calendar that shows up in the parent portal to be able to show all classes, privates, appointments, events, etc. for the studio. That way when parents attempt to book private lessons they see when the studio/rooms may or may not be available for booking. Or allow us to determine what appears in the parent portal calendar or not. For us the current calendar is somewhat useless because it only shows them classes their student is currently enrolled in.

Pain Point: The current calendar in the parent portal only shows classes that a student is enrolled in, limiting its usefulness for parents and the studio.

What Should the Software Do:

1. Display all classes, private lessons, appointments, and events for the entire studio in the parent portal calendar.

2. Allow studio administrators to control what appears in the parent portal calendar.

Impact:

1. Parents can easily see studio availability when booking private lessons.

2. Improved scheduling efficiency for both parents and the studio.
