Appointments/Private Lessons - Drop Down Menu for Faculty & make appointments archivable!

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

We have to create appointments for each teacher so I know who we are sceduling for. We have 30+ appiontment types for different lengths/teachers.

How should this work?

There should be an ability to choose the faculty and appointment length, just like we select the student and location.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?
