Only being able to ask one question is certainly a poll, but a survey typically includes more than one question. I would like to be able to decide if I want to poll something or survey something.
It would be nice if the Poll/Survey appeared in the Customer Portal. Then we could quit using a 3rd party tool to send polls and keep them in/using the Customer Portal more often (one source of all account and communication information.
