Allow poll/survey responders to select more than one option

I would like to be able to send out a survey or poll and responders can select more than one option like a "check all that apply" setting. This would work best when trying to decide on a date/time for workshops or summer camps if families can attend more than one option. Instead, i have to add extra options like "i can attend option 1 & 2, 2 & 3"....
