Getting to this point in understanding how to schedule Private Lessons and Appointments has been a long process. Now that I worked it out to what I think works best for our studio, my main concern right now is that once the lesson is booked (by either myself as an Admin or one of our instructors as a Super User), we need to be able to see an accurate view of which specific rooms are booked vs available for other possible lessons on the same day/time. I now know to use the Booked Appointments view to double check room assignments BUT a clearer, condensed view of this on a master studio calendar that integrates ALL classes, appointments, etc. is desperately needed to keep us organized.
Difficulty in viewing accurate room availability after booking lessons or appointments
Lack of a clear, condensed view of all studio activities on a master calendar
A master studio calendar that integrates all classes, appointments, and other activities
Clear display of which specific rooms are booked vs. available for each day/time slot
Easy-to-use interface for both admin and instructors (Super Users)
Studio administrators
Instructors
Students (indirectly through improved scheduling efficiency)
Improved organization of studio activities
Reduced scheduling conflicts and double-bookings
Enhanced efficiency in managing private lessons and appointments
Better utilization of studio space and resources
YES would love for teachers to be able to set their own availability. Worked great for us with a different software.
I would really love a studio wide calendar, I have to keep double checking if I have camps, classes, private lessons going on at the same time. Parents keep asking when could I schedule additional private lessons and I have to check so many different areas to see if I have a room open. I would love to studio wide calendar similar to the appointment calendar but one that includes classes on it so I don't double book a room or teacher.
Yes! And I want the teachers to have a calendar view (not just a list view) under their portal.
