Is there a way we could have a feature that allows us to set autopay dates automatically instead of us individually going in each month and processing auto pay?
As a brand-new user who definitely wants to carefully check amounts before I charge, I appreciate that I have to manually click to charge. A setting that could be toggled to allow automatic autopay on a specified day/time OR continue to manually post the payment would be great.
I love Payment Plans, because they truly are automatic. BUT they do have a down-side. BreAnna Liberto is correct, the Payment Plan (as it currently exists), only works for a set amount per plan. So let’s say that in addition to tuition, you need to bill costume fees, recital fees and comp fees you would need to create an individual payment plan for each one of those charges. And you have to be very careful not to make a mistake, and hope you don’t need to make any kind of adjustment for credit, etc, because right now, there is no way to EDIT a plan. Only choice is to cancel and start over :(
Does the Payment Plan feature take credits and extra fees into account? It seems to me the payment plan feature only works for a set amount each time. It doesn’t adjust for, say, fundraising credits or extra costume fees that are added to accounts.
The Payment Plan feature will allow you to do this automatically! We'll announce a webinar for later in September on payment processing and this will be covered - stay tuned!
This makes autopay make sense. There's nothing auto about it right now, but being able to schedule it to run on the 1st of each month would make it very helpful.
It would be great if we could set it up so that tuition posting is automated. That way we don't have to worry about going in each month and manually posting it. I want to know that after "said date" tuition is posted and if there are any individua...
We like to apply fees to account as soon as possible. Sometimes months in advance before due date but with utilizing autopay I can not post fee unless the next autopay is the due date. Being able to select a date range would be a fantastic addition.

It would be great if we could set up autopay to be automated. That way it is one less thing on the "to do" list and our focus could be spent on other important areas of the studio.

This is what I thought DSP could do and why I originally signed up. VERY disappointed it doesn't. I have had to keep using EziDebit.
Not having a truly auto-pay function would be the one reason why I would leave DSP. It takes up too much time and should be truly automated.

Payment plans. You have to set them up initially, but they truly do run automatically.

I agree. This method takes up a lot of time!
