It would be good to know if an email has been opened. Merged

This would be useful to make sure that information has gotten to families particularly if we need to make a schedule change. We would be able to see which families have not opened the email and then reach out by phone.

The ability to see if an email sent through the system has been opened or not.

Merged

This was a feature on Studio Director which we migrated from. It was so nice to be able to see if a parent had actually opened the email. It eliminates the "I didn't receive that email" excuse.
