Once you check the boxes for who you are emailing (parents, students, classes, etc.), and select send email to selected. Have the criteria listed at the top of the screen where you type the email, so you can double check who you are emailng!

A number of non paying parents are claiming not to have received some statements despite receiving other emails. It would be very helpful when chasing up accounts and applying late payment penalties to ensure they're are genuine claims

This would be useful to make sure that information has gotten to families particularly if we need to make a schedule change. We would be able to see which families have not opened the email and then reach out by phone.
I believe this would be a useful too for us to hold the parents accountable who say they did not receive an email. When I had The Studio Director prior to this, I found it extremely helpful.

I would like to be able to have the same / similar reporting as MailChimp. That way I would know:
Which email address opened an email.
How many times it was open.
The day / date the email was opened.
The time the email was opened.
Which link was clicked.
How many times a particular link was clicked.
