It would be great to have an auto-pay terms and conditions that parents must "check" in order to agree to when signing up for auto-pay and for this "signature" to show up in the report for Parent Waivers.
Hi DSP, do you have a planned date for implementation on this? This is creating a bit of a mess for us, because people are signing up to auto pay without knowing what it is. When ever a direct debit system is setup with an instatution you must have customers sign before that system is activated. This really should have been done before autopay was switched on.
