TRANSFER (Deposit) DOWNLOAD NEEDS TO INCLUDE ALL DETAILS

  • I have been complaining about for this for 2 years. My recent complaint to the help desk was suggested to post here.

Our CPA expects us to post our deposits by Category. I have never thought that was asking too much, but it takes hours to reconcile your Payment reports with the deposits.

  • A year ago or so on the MERCHANT SERVICES "TRANSFERS" (deposits) you added the ability to select individual deposits and download an Excel spreadsheet. That was a GREAT step in the right direction.

So this was my suggestion to the help desk MORE THAN A YEAR AGO

  • NOW all you need to do is add columns for the separate handling upcharge and each original transaction categoryto the download!

It is still ridiculous how much time I spend each month trying to pull out that information when it is in your system and could be easily provided.

I wish I could vote for this a million times! The time and energy it takes is ridiculous.

Agree. This is a huge concern of mine and makes my month end reconcilliation impossilble! I need to also see the total Merchant fees as well. For a Database system, this is an expectation. Please make these changes asap.

Oh my god, I have had headaches for years trying to meet GAP! I have had to write a program myself to combine several different reports. It is insane. How the hell does anyone do their accounting with this software!? Video shows update of my program i made to show my wife and assistant my progress. Completely agree with you, its ridiculous that DSP has all this, but nothing is accorting to GAP!

I agree, having to spend hours doing this manually.

    Please help.

Completely agree! As a bookkeeper that works specifically with dance studios, it's absolutely necessary to know where your income is coming from, whether that's tuition, registration, merchandise, etc. It absolutely boggles me that there is no possible way to get transaction codes to QBO without doing everything manually. This is the only dance studio software I've used that doesn't offer this, which is absolutely ridiculous.
