Solutions for Adult Students and Non-Parents

At a minimum, the ability to just copy the parent data to the student when a new "parent" signs up. We offer classes only to adults, and this structure is especially cumbersome from the customer-facing perspective for self-registration.

Plus we have to add each parent as a child to themselves because often I have parents that want to have tickets and I need to add dues directly to them. So I might have the mom "Laura" and then I have to give her a child named "Laura-student". Let us do to the adults what we can do to the students, please.

I agree. There is a lot of friction and confusion around this process and we also have adult students. It should be create an account. If you happen to have kids then you can add your kids or whatever. Something other than how it is now. Or two choices create an account for yourself or a family account. The issues with class cards and this issue here alone could force me to have to find another solution. =( We just started and every adult we have is confused for one reason or another. Thank you!

Yes! We are an adult only dance studio. The process to create an account is very confusing for our users. This also allows them to create multiple “students” under their account which is not ideal for us. 1 adult person, 1 adult account only please :)
