I would love for the parents to be able to choose a payment plan option and have it set up automatically. For example, we have it set up to charge the whole yearly tuition to their account upon registration and then have to manually set up their payment plan for a specific number of payments. It would be great for them to be able to choose a plan that automatically sets up payments for a percentage of that amount to be paid on a specific time schedule:
the total amount split into 11 monthly payments starting on the 1st of the following month
the total amount split into 4 payments starting on the 1st of the following month and then happening every other month
the total amount split into 2 semester payments starting on the 1st of the following month and then the next payment happening 6 months after that
It would be even better if the total tuition amount could also be split into these increments and given due dates that match!
Yes. Or let the studio choose their official due dates but have the system automatically post ALL of the tuition payments for the season when the parent registers. That way parents can pay for as much or as little as they want at a time, with the system still automatically applying late fees to any payments not completed by the due date.
This is a great idea, I definitely think there should be more options for the payment schedule as well, like pay $100 on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month.
