Restrict Debit Cards Completely

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Since we can no longer charge processing fees on debit cards but are still being charged ourselves, there should be an option to disable debit card payments or not accept them at all.

How should this work?

Disable debit cards or not allow debit cards to be added to autopay or when someone is making an online payment.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Studio owners who will be charged this fee and lose money when a debit card is used. This would also save significant administrative time.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

If this isn’t implemented, we would need to reach out to every parent using a debit card to tell them they can’t use it. The issue is they can still add and use those cards since there’s no restriction in place, and once the payment goes through, we’re stuck with the fees. This feature would save us a lot of time and help protect studio owners from avoidable costs.
