When adding transactions into our QuickBooks account we include the last 4 digits of the card number for bookkeeping. The only way to find those last 4 digits is to go to each individual transaction. |
How should this work? |
When you download the spreadsheet with the transactions, it has a column for everything, including card type. All it needs is another column with the last 4 digits of the card. |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
This will help the administrative staff save time when entering our online transactions into our bookkeeping software, rather than them having to got through transactions one by one. |

It will makes things so much easier and quicker and let our staff spend time on more important things! |
