Please add a variety of user/owner permissions that allows more privacy selection Merged

Is there a way to get an Owner permission that has certain things private instead of just allowing for active, admin, super user. I would like to keep a minimum of the following private to owner only:

• Employee pay rates, Payroll hours pages

• Staff payroll detail reports

• Certain financial reports (of my choosing)

• Users page & their permissions
