I'm the Office Manager. I shouldn't have to go ask the Owner/Director to do this when I'm the one that communicates with the Parents, especially in the area of emails. She is teaching classes or doing other business work. I'd have to put it on a Trello card, wait until she is able to get to it the next day, have her send it, and then I'd be one following up. If the parent doesn't get the email...or doesn't respond...or deletes the email...the entire process begins again. And now weeks have passed and the parent still hasn't resubscribed.
Please consider this.
