Processing Fees - allow us flexibility to charge based on service vs. items/retail

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

We would like to encourage more online payments for tuition but many are still paying by check because of the processing fees. We were going to raise tuition a bit to help cover this but then it would still charge for all other items invoiced.

How should this work?

Have the option based on each area rather than site wide. For example, in the costume section have an area to select/deselect processing fees - same with online store. Or have a check box based on individual items (costume, online item, ticket) that would allow us the choice to charge it or not.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Studio - gives us more flexibility.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Encourages faster payments and less of people's time to enter checks, etc.
