to not have to manually go in to do autopay but start it every month at the same time and when any decline it automatically sends a message to the family that their payment declined and will run automatically daily until paid. |

Because it's difficult to remember to run on the first if the studio is closed like for a holiday or weekend. And would make it much easier |

Just a note that you CAN set up the system to send a note to families when their Auto Pay declines. But it only sends one message.
Great idea. Just a bit of helpful info, if the studio is closed the studio owner (or anyone with a login) can log in from home on their desktop, portable, phone, or tablet and run autopay. One does not need to log in from the studio. I hope this helps!
You can scheduled autopay up to a week in advance, for a holiday, for example. But, thanks anyway for sharing your idea! While we don’t have this planned right now, we’re keeping it in mind for the future. We appreciate your input—please keep the ideas coming!
