When enrolling on the portal, the checkbox that is required to sign up for autopay should be displayed on the checkout screen! |
How should this work? |
Parent logs in, selects their classes, hits submit, and at the bottom of the checkout page - it shows the autopay required checkbox. They will check the box and then enter their card info, which will be saved at this checkout screen, and will press submit at the bottom to finish enrolling with the payment. |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
Parents and admin will benefit from this. It will be clearly stated at checkout. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
Parents get confused because it shows up when they are picking out classes, which is not the right moment to show this, and it deters them from continuing enrollment. |
