Fees charged to accounts with various due dates. |
How should this work? |
Allow an option for "auto-pay amounts due through today". For instance if tuition is due on the 15th, and costume fees are broken up over 4 months and due on the 1st of each month, it would allow staff to enter fees ahead of time in order to allow parents to plan better plan out payments/budgeting. |

I agree with this. When I have multiple items posted to the accounts with different due dates, I have to go through each account individually the day after the amount is due to charge their accounts for the overdue balance. Its very time consuming to go through 100+ accounts individually
