Appointment Calendar To Block Off Rooms

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

When booking appointments the calendar doesn't block off a room when we schedule a lesson with a specific teacher so the rooms get double booked frequently unless I am constantly checking the calendar.

How should this work?

We should be able to set room availability. Then, when a teacher books or an appointment books on the online system it automatically also books the room so there is no double booking. This could also seamlessly integrate with class times so if we change a class time, that availability is no longer booked.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

All! Admin will not have to monitor appointment bookings so closely, staff can book their own lessons without fear of no room availability and same with students.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

This would be a game changer for our studio. The room availability thing is a HUGE deal for us as we have tons of rentals and private lessons every week and they are not all recurring so the availability is tough to manage with your current system.
