AUTO PAY

If auto pay is scheduled in advance, run auto pay with everyone who set auto pay by the date it's scheduled to be processed, not the date you set it in advance. IE if I set auto pay on the 25th of the month to run on the 1st of the month, and someone sets up auto pay on the 28th of the month, their auto pay SHOULD (but does not) run on the 1st still. Thanks!
