I love the feature that lets me send a auto-drafted email at the time I schedule a make up class for a student. I wish this option was available when I scheduled trials as well. They get a confirmation email from the personal assistant a day before, but I'd like for them to get confirmation when I schedule the class for them in addition to the day before reminder.
You can consider registering them through the Registration Manager and then you can set up trial emails no matter how they pay! Please reach out to DSP Support for more help with this!
