make payments auto populate for unpaid charges

Auto pay should be automatic on the studio side as well- you should be able to schedule future months of payments without going in and doing it every month. It should also be able to fill in what the payment is for- recital fee, tuition, registration, etc, depending on what charges are recorded in that student's account. This information should also be able to be sent to your bookkeeping software. Also, allow the option to have the payment processing fee to be charged monthly instead of taking it out of each deposit. The current system is making it almost impossible to have accurate and up to date financial reports!
