custom reports Merged

I'd love to be able to pull together custom reports with a form with all possible fields (season, class, student name, parent name, student age, student contact, parent contact, etc, etc) so that I could check off information I'd like to see. Some fields would be drop down menus to check them off, others would be a simple checkbox if the user wanted that information.
