I had coded several ad hoc charges in parent transactions as "Tuition," but when I went to run auto-pay, the system did not pick up these "Tuition" fees and include them with the amount to charge on auto-pay.
It would be helpful if any fee coded "Tuition" (in addition, of course, to normal monthly tuition) could be run with autopay "Tuition" (as opposed to selecting "balance" on the accounts).
