Tuition should "post" automatically. Owners can go in to "process the payment & run the cards" on specific due date, but we shouldn't have to go in and post ourselves.
Also, ANY credits on an account should automatically apply to tuition amount charged
Also, the system should recognize when payment is made before auto-pay is run to avoid families being charged twice.
The whole process is quite difficult. Posting, and certain account details should be automatic
We should be able to pick a specific day each month for tuition to automatically post studio wide. It seems silly that you need to manually do it each month.
