Make it more accessible to keep a card on file.

I've looked into this a couple of times, but have not been able to figure out how it works - I am really interested in keeping a card on file that I can charge when tuition payments have gone delinquent. Either implementing this or making it more accessible on our end would be a huge help in ensuring my tuition payments are kept up to date.
