Automatically Adjust Convenience Fee for those using the Advanced Option

If DSP raises the processing fee, the system should automatically adjust the fees for anyone using the advanced convenience fees.

Fortunately I only lost 3 cents when the fee went up this month, but the only reason I realized there was an issue was because a single person had paid, and the amount transferred into my account didn't match what their tuition was supposed to be.
