Currency Change - Merchant Services

In order to set up Auto-pay method in my country using a method that DSP allows (Pay Pal, stripe, amazon), I need to set my currency to dollars, but since I am in another country, to keep track, I need my currency recorded as my country's currency. Either need a system to convert currency in merchant services to my currency when purchases are logged, or the ability to add my currency to merchant services..... which is NIS
