Mass charge input to dancers in a group with different transaction amounts

Being a studio with a competition team, we have multiple times per year that we need to enter charges for 50+ students for the same due date. These charges are all different depending on how many pieces each dancer is competiting. This is needed for competition entry fees, costume fees, and choreography fees. In our old program this would take me 15 minutes max, but entering fees for a smaller group of dancers just took me almost 45 minutes since I had to go into each student's account separately.
