Yearly Payment Plans & Add Charges

We charge a yearly membership fee and would love to charge this based on when a student enrolls. The payment plan feature currently only allows monthly payments. We need yearly payments. AND we need it to automatically add the fee at that time each year instead of just the payment. Thanks!
