Family Auto Payments

We love the option on autopay to charge "Tuition or balance, whichever is less". We would like this to be applied at a family level. For example if in one Family with two children has one student with a credit balance of $100 and the second student has tuition of $80, they would not be charged (and $80 of the credit from child one would be applied to the tuition of child 2), and after Autopay was run child 1 would have a credit balance of $20 and child 2 would have a $0 balance.

It would also be great if there was a straight forward way to apply a payment on one child's account to the fees of another child in the same family.
