Auto notification to administrator/studio owner regarding consecutive student absences.

I use the personal assistant, which I am extremely grateful for! BUT needs to be an automated notification to the administrator/studio owner, to be automatically notified when a student misses 2 consecutive dance classes? I like to personally contact the parent to find out what is going on.....

One of my students showed up on my delinquent report and when I checked their absences - they have not been to class since Jan 10!

Now I do not teach any classes so I do not know who is in class and who is not. I have 9 instructors on staff; it is impossible for me to keep up.....Lol!
