DSP Merchant Services Control

I would like to have more control over transfers from my DSP Merchant Services account. For example, my PayPal account allows me to make withdrawals/transfers anytime with a few clicks within my account. DSP Merchant Services requires a telephone call and even then the transfer does not always occur when requested.
