Have Terminal Credit card payments reflect accurate credit card fees vs. online payment fees

Right now when you set credit card conveniece fees to be charged to the customer, they apply the same for all credit card payments (online, autopay and terminal)

However, if you use a terminal, the rates are different than if a client pays online or staff types in the information. (terminal 2.6 + .05 per transaction vs. online/autopay 2.99 +.30 per transaction). This negatively affects bookkeeping and accounting, as the net balance after Merchant Services takes it's cut is more than tuition fees.

It would be good be able to set the terminal fees for the actual fees charged, rather than having them over charge and messing up bookkeeping.
