Pull auto-pay based on memo item

When I click on a class, I want to be able to click class "transactions" and then from the class fees I have added, have an options to pull that class fee for all students in the class at the same time from the action button-see attachement.

I like to list all the fees for the entire season at the beginning of the season, but then I can't do auto-pay based on balance.
