Currently, a report to find students/parents not enrolled in AutoPay, shows ALL not enrolled, including those not currently enrolled in classes. Putting them into Inactive, creates other challenges. One solution has been submitted before, have the option for more than one filter under "More". Such as "parents with students enrolled in the 2022-23 school year, AND parents not enrolled in AutoPay. This multi-filter could be VERY helpful to better define selections.
The current report will be so useful if we could remove all inactive and only see account who are currently enrolled in classes. Why would we need to know if a family is set up in auto pay if they are not our students? Report is useless.
