Automatic pop up when logging into the Parent Portal whenever changes are made to policies.

Whenever we change our policies and procedures, it would be nice if a pop-up came up the next time parents logged into their parent portals and force an agreement and a signature. Having to ask parents to log in and go through the process of agreeing right now if they're already in the system is a hassle and we miss alot of signatures that way.
