Thank you Guest, but that just sends a notification to the studio, not the parent. An email receipt for any and all transactions should be send to the parent email and shown in the portal. I've had several transactions for myself and have not received any notification/receipt of the payment.
This can be set up under Merchant Services. Under More > Merchant Services > Settings > Notifications, this can be set up for all kinds of payments (Online, Registration Manager, Ticket Sales, Online Store, Auto-Pay, and more). Step 1 is to check the box to send an email. Step 2 is to select if that email should be sent to the main account email and you're able to add additional email addresses to receive notification as well.
