I should be able to contact Merchant Services immediately whenever I have a problem. It is unacceptable that I now have to wait for an EMAIL... When you have an issue with a transaction, time is of the essence. It would prevent many issues.. and you are not only dealing with MY money, your are holding my PARENTS money... Some people can not afford to have funds held back especially when it was an error on my part and could have been prevented. Not Acceptable that immediate contact can not be made to Merchant Services!!
