Payment Plan Payment Verification Email Before Process

When you set up a payment plan with a customer, before the payment if processed there should be a confirmation email sent PRIOR to the transaction. There could have possibly been payments made on the account and when the feature processes the transaction it DOES NOT take into account any payments made to the original account. No balance is updated automatically so if the make additional payments you have to continually return to the page and update information. In my case I had forgotten to change the number of transactions field on the page and it withdrew the WHOLE AMOUNT... I am in the process of trying to contact Merchant Services for HELP.... A verification email would have saved my parent and myself a lot of heartache.
