Cancellation of transaction allowed before close of business day.

I have QuickBooks and it has the ability of cancelling any credit or debit transaction if done before the end of the business day. This by far it the ultimate feature. I have just had an issue with having the wrong amount come out of a payment plan I set up. The only choice I have is to refund which I have been told takes 3 - 30 days... unacceptable. You take the money faster than that! If the transaction could simply be cancelled, there would NEVER be an issue with MY PARENT having to wait for THEIR money back.
