when someone makes an online payment or a dsp merchant service payment it should reflect in the memo what the online payment is for example if the memo say April 2022 the online payment should say “Online payment Received April 2022” not just “online payment received” and is should go the same for when it’s made on merchant services instead of just being blank in the memo line
I agree - Parents are requesting the receipts & all their receipts say "Online Payment Received" with no description. The memo should say what the charge title is instead. Example: Tution Charge or Costume Fee, whatever was initally charged.
