Provide better reporting on refunds

Better reporting is needed on refunds.

1. Merchant services shows the history of charges but not refunds. Refunds are needed as well. You should be able to search for the history of refunds

2. Under Reports there is a report that is supposed to show refunds history. But it appears to be missing charges that were fully refunded. This needs to be checked into.
