Send an Absence Email in Personal Assistant every time a Student is marked absent

We would like to have an absence email sent out to the parent each time a student is marked absent. As of right now, it looks like it only sends an email once during a season. Twice if we have the second email set up.

I believe it would be helpful for the parents to receive an email each and every time a student is marked absent.
